Everyone who tries this cake is sure to love it! Warm coffee flavours mixed with vanilla make it the perfect quick healthy snack for busy days or study breaks! What makes it healthy? We use no maida, no refined sugar, no preservatives, no emulsifiers or gums. Just healthy ingredients like Jowar and Sweet Potato that are packed with Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Vitamin B. The Raw Cane Sugar is provided in a separate sachet inside the box. You can substitute this with Honey or Date Paste or use a Sugar Free Sweetener of your choice! The Coffee is a special blend sourced from the hills of Ooty and is also in a separate sachet, so you are in charge of how strong you want the cake to be! Two delicious ways to make our cake! Either make the cake high protein with eggs and butter this gives it a fluffier texture. OR make it eggless with water and butter/oil this gives it a fudgier texture.
