2-3 times a week! If you're below 28, use this shampoo 2 times a week and if you're above 28, use the shampoo 3 times a week.
Take your time Ideally, apply the shampoo on your hair & scalp and lather well. Then, move on to taking care of the rest of your body - this way you give at least 2-4 mins for the shampoo to work. Wash off the shampoo and follow up with a conditioner or a hair mask if required.
