How to use
Simply scoop a pea-sized ball of resin from the jar and dissolve it in a glass of lukewarm water or milk. Whisk a bit & consume immediately. Water or milk temperature should not be too hot as the extreme heat may disable the metabolites present in the resin. Simply take one capsule with a glass of lukewarm water or milk. 1 Tablet twice a day after meal or as suggested by your Dietician.
